Billing in Pemo is simple and transparent. You’ll always know what plan you’re on, how much you’re paying, and when your next payment is due.
How to Find Billing
You can access your billing details in just a few clicks:
Go to Settings in your Pemo dashboard.
Select Billing from the menu.
Payment Method
Every month, we will debit the total amount owed based on the plan you're on.
What You’ll See in Billing
When you open the Billing section, you’ll find:
Active Plan - The subscription you’re currently on.
Monthly Cost - The exact amount you’re billed.
Next Billing Date - When your next payment will be processed.
Invoice History - Previous invoices dating back to June 2024 and you can download them as PDFs.
Account Information - Where you can find your registered phone number, address, TRN and business legal name.
