How to track your requests (Card request, Reimbursement request and more)

You can easily track your requests on both mobile and desktop.

On mobile

To track your card requests:

  • Go to the Cards tab

  • Tap Request

  • Make sure “Yours” is selected

To track all other requests (like card reimbursements and card expense requests):

  • Go to More

  • Tap Requests

  • Switch between the available options to find the request you’re looking for

On desktop

  • Go to the Requests tab

  • Switch between the available options to find your request

What you can track

You can track the status of:

  • Card requests

  • Reimbursement requests

  • Transaction-related requests

  • Card expense requests

  • Invoice requests
