The Requests tab helps you review and manage team requests in one place.
This is where you can approve or decline requests related to:
Transactions
Reimbursements
Cards
Invoices
Using the Requests tab makes it easier to stay on top of approvals and keep spend aligned with your company policies.
How Requests works
When a team member submits a request, it appears in the Requests tab for review.
From there, you can open the request, check the details, and decide whether to approve or decline it.
The information you see will depend on the type of request.
Transaction requests
For transaction requests, you can review:
Who made the transaction
Which card was used
Whether any information is missing based on your submission policies
Once you have checked the details, simply click Approve to approve the request.
Reimbursement requests
For reimbursement requests, you can see:
Who submitted the reimbursement
The amount
The submission status
This helps you quickly review the request before making a decision.
Card requests
If a team member requests a new card, you can review:
Who requested it
The type of card
The monthly spend limit requested
The reason for the request
You can then approve or decline the request directly from the Requests tab.
