All you need to know about your dedicated IBAN

Every Pemo customer has a dedicated IBAN: an account number that belongs only to your company. Use it to top up your Pemo wallet by bank transfer.

Before you start: You need a role that can top up the Wallet (Team Members can't) and the Pemo web app or mobile app.

Important: Top-ups must come from a UAE bank account in your company's legal name; you cannot top up with a credit card. If your bank asks for a transfer purpose, choose "Financial Services". Transfers with other purposes are rejected. Each Pemo account has its own wallet IBAN.

Most top-ups arrive within 2 hours on weekdays, depending on your bank's processing times. Bulk or high-value transfers can take 1 to 2 business days. You do not need to include a reference number. You can track your top-ups in Pemo.

The old shared IBANs ending in 39132 or 49563 no longer accept top-ups, and top-ups sent to them are automatically refunded. Copy the top-up details from the app, use only your dedicated IBAN, save it as a beneficiary, and delete any old saved details.

Where to find your dedicated IBAN

  1. Select Home in the left sidebar, then select Top up in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Top up via bank transfer.

  3. Copy the IBAN and the other bank details, or select Copy all fields.

In the mobile app, select the wallet icon, then Top up, then View Bank Information.

How to add your IBAN as a beneficiary in your bank app

Adding your IBAN as a beneficiary means you’ll only need to save it once. After that, you can top up whenever you need to.

  1. Open your banking app or online banking.

  2. Go to Add New Beneficiary, sometimes called Add Payee.

  3. Paste your dedicated IBAN and bank details from Pemo.

  4. Save the beneficiary.

  5. Make your first transfer to your dedicated IBAN.
