Pemo’s Budget feature gives you full control over your company's spending, offering greater visibility and flexibility without imposing hard restrictions. Now, you can track how your business is spending in real-time, gain insights into spending patterns, and ensure accountability—all while keeping your operations running smoothly.

With Pemo's budgets, you're always in control, but never restricted. Even if you hit 100% of the allocated budget, spending won’t be blocked. Instead, you’ll receive clear notifications as you approach or exceed your budget, giving you the visibility you need to make informed decisions without interrupting business flow.

Budget Overview

Once your budget is set up, you’ll have a clear overview of its status and progress. In the budget view, you can easily track:

  • Amount Spent: See exactly how much of the budget has been spent so far.

  • Remaining Budget: Know how much is left, helping you stay on top of your expenses.

  • Budget Type: Identify the type of budget—whether it’s for a card, team, member, or merchant category.

  • Budget Status: Instantly know whether the budget is Active, Upcoming, or Ended based on its timeframe.
