This article gives an overview of how Pemo connects to your accounting software.
Integration types we provide
Pemo supports two ways of integrating with your accounting software. For more, see Overview of Accounting Automation with Pemo.
Online integration
Connect Pemo directly to your accounting system. Pemo automatically syncs your chart of accounts, VAT fields, vendors, and tracking categories.
You can export expenses, including receipts, into your accounting system.
Offline integration
Export expenses in bulk as CSV files, then upload them directly into your accounting system.
You can customize CSV templates and run formulas to save time during reviews. For example, you can remove VAT or prepare audit reports.
What you can do once connected
With your accounting system linked, Pemo supports three main tasks:
Pre-accounting: Review expenses for compliance and categorize them using your chart of accounts, vendors, VAT, and tracking categories. Use Pemo Copilot to auto-fill these fields and save time.
Export expenses: Push transactions, refunds, fees, and wallet movements into your accounting software.
Reconcile accounts: Match your Pemo Wallet with your cash account in your accounting system. This keeps balances aligned without manual reconciliation.
